1. 500 credit score minimum.
2. $4k income pre-tax income.
3. 45% maximum debt-to-income.
4. 12+ months of on-time rent payments.
5. Bank Statements have to show $5k and $1 in savings or 401k.

 MAJOR DIFFERENCE

1. Cancel at any time.
2. 10% of the rent credited back to you at the purchase.
3. Upfront payment of 3% of the purchase price.
4. They cover the warranty.

4. A maximum monthly debt-to-income ratio of 50%
5. No evictions & bankruptcy in the previous year

2. Upfront payment of 2% of the purchase price and 2 months' rent.
3. Starts with at least a 2% future down payment (aka their initial contribution due at signing), and builds to a 10% future down payment over the 3-year lease. 
4. The monthly payment includes 75% rent and 25% savings.

5. No recent history or pending bankruptcy.

2. Can purchase a home at any point.
3. 3.5% buyback price increase per year.
